Disability & Leave Management One of the most daunting challenges facing employers is managing an employee with a medical condition. It is imperative that an employer consider its obligations under federal and state law when responding to an employee’s request for a leave of absence or a reasonable accommodation. We regularly counsel clients to ensure they meet their obligations under the ADA, FMLA, and state workers’ compensation law.
