In the process, we help education institutions fulfill their legal obligation to investigate harassment and other serious allegations, and we also help resolve politically sensitive claims of fraud or malfeasance implicating board members or senior administration. We are trained and experienced in investigation techniques and know how to advise senior leadership effectively and discretely.
When appropriate, we help our clients engage neutral, outside investigators to advise governing boards and administrators, and we work with those investigators to design investigative protocols that maintain privilege and promote an effective investigation.
