“Trends in Collective Bargaining in 2019” Published in the Latest Edition of IASB Journal

A recent article by Franczek attorneys Shelli Anderson and Melissa Sobota, “Trends in Collective Bargaining in 2019,” was published in the March/April edition of The Illinois Journal. The article addresses the many changes, including a new governor, an amendment to the Illinois Pension Code, the U.S. Supreme Court’s Janus decision, and national rise in activism among teachers, that will influence collective bargaining in the coming years.
