Franczek Announces Hiring of Two Attorneys

Franczek P.C. is pleased to announce the hiring of two attorneys, Caroline Kane and Emily Tulloch.

Caroline represents private and public sector clients in labor, employment, and litigation matters before state and federal trial and appellate courts and in administrative hearings before state and federal agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Illinois Department of Human Rights. Caroline also counsels and represents employers in traditional labor matters including collective bargaining, union organizing campaigns, grievance arbitrations, and matters before federal and state labor boards.

Emily represents educational institutions in state and federal court and in administrative proceedings including tenured teacher discipline proceedings, labor arbitrations, and special education/disability hearings. She assists with a variety of board governance and business matters including policy and Freedom of Information Act and Open Meetings Act concerns. Emily is experienced in student matters including student discipline, student expulsion hearings, and special education/disability matters. She also advises clients facing complaints or administrative charges relating to harassment and discrimination, including those involving sexual harassment and violence.
