Training & Toolkit: Residency, Enrollment, and Homelessness for Administrators

Join Franczek attorneys Amy Dickerson, Kaitlin Atlas, and John Anders for an in-depth training on all matters related to student residency and homelessness. Participants in this paid training will receive a copy of Franczek’s Student Residency Toolkit, which includes model forms to be used during student registration, model pre-determination notices, model hearing notices, model forms related to homeless identification, verification, and services requests, and model dispute resolution forms for residency and homelessness disputes. Geared toward both veteran administrators and those new to residency and homelessness issues, this engaging, practical training will provide key legal requirements, considerations, and best practices for identifying residency concerns, ensuring the rights of homeless students, and navigating dispute resolution processes.

The first registrant from each school district will be charged $1000 for the Training and Toolkit. Each subsequent registrant will be charged $250. Register here.
