Franczek P.C. Welcomes Attorney Erin Johnson

Franczek P.C. is delighted to announce that Erin Johnson has joined the firm as an associate. Erin represents both private and public sector clients on the full range of their labor and employment needs. Erin regularly litigates in state and federal court in Illinois and Indiana. She defends employers against individual and class action lawsuits arising from Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, Illinois BIPA and data protection laws, and contractual disputes. Erin’s litigation experience also includes representation of clients before federal and state agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Illinois Department of Human Rights.
