Franczek Attorney Michael Warner Named Notable Litigator by Crain’s Chicago Business
Franczek P.C. is pleased to announce that partner Michael Warner has been recognized as a 2023 Notable Litigator by Crain’s Chicago Business. Crain’s inaugural list honors 74 litigators and trial attorneys for their dedicated service to their clients, pro bono work, and community-driven efforts in the Chicago area.
Mike, who co-chairs the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Team, focuses his practice on representing private and public sector employers in a variety of labor and employment litigation matters, including discrimination, whistleblower claims, class actions, and non-compete and trade secret disputes. Among other accomplishments over his 30 years of practice, Crain’s recognized Mike for his recent role in successfully defending the legality of the City of Chicago’s COVID 19 vaccine mandate from multiple state and federal court challenges.
“Mike very much deserves this recognition,” said Firm President and Founder James C. Franczek, Jr. “His ferocious commitment to our clients, his deep knowledge of litigation and his strategic wisdom have rightfully earned him the respect of a wide range of clients as well as his colleagues. Our Firm is enormously proud to have Mike as our partner and mentor.”
Warner added “It’s an honor to be recognized as part of an outstanding team of attorneys and other legal professionals at Franczek P.C., a place where I have had tremendous opportunity to develop over the past 28 years.”
Please join us in congratulating Mike on this achievement!
