Franczek P.C. Announces Hiring of Two Attorneys
Franczek P.C. is delighted to announce that the firm has hired a new attorney in its Labor & Employment practice group, Leah Farmer and Erin Walsh. Both counsel employers on a wide variety of employment and labor matters and have successfully litigated in both State and Federal court.
Erin joins the firm from Klein, Thorpe & Jenkins. Her practice includes counseling public and private sector clients on a variety of employment and labor issues related to wage and hour, FMLA, discipline and discharge, workplace harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation and social media in the workplace. Erin also counsels public sector clients on matters related to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the Open Meetings Act (OMA), the Public Safety Employee Benefits Act (PSEBA), and other general municipal and school law matters.
