The Daily Herald published a guest editorial by Franczek partner and Education Practice Group co-chair Ares Dalianis on Sunday, entitled “Bill needed to fix the ‘backward’ property assessment process.” The editorial addresses legislation proposed by newly elected Cook County Assessor Fritz Kaegi.
