Franczek Welcomes Ellen Lueking as Education Associate

Franczek P.C. is pleased to welcome Ellen Lueking as an associate. She will be based in Champaign, continuing the expansion of our southern and central Illinois practice. Ellen advises schools on issues dealing with Title IX, student discipline, employee misconduct, and other regulatory and compliance matters. She draws on years of experience both in education law and as an educator.

Ellen earned her J.D. from Southern Illinois University in 2020. Prior to that, she earned her M.S.Ed. from Southern Illinois University after graduating with her B.S. from Greenville College and her A.A. from Kaskaskia College. Ellen also received an Observation Certificate after completing the ChildFirst Forensic Interview Protocol training offered by the Child Advocacy Centers of Illinois and the Zero Abuse Project.
