Franczek P.C.’s Nicki Bazer and Jenny Lee Published in Chicago-Kent College of Law’s Illinois Public Employee Relations Report

Scholarship by Franczek partner Nicki Bazer and law clerk Jenny Lee was recently published in the Fall 2022 edition of the Chicago-Kent College of Law’s Illinois Public Employee Relations Report. Their article, titled “Praying at the 50-Yard Line: How Will Kennedy v. Bremerton Impact Public Schools?”, provides an overview of the recent Supreme Court case Kennedy v. Bremerton. The article discusses the Court’s approach to the First Amendment’s Free Exercise and Establishment clauses and the separation of church and state in schools.
