Franczek P.C. congratulates partner Nicki Bazer on being recognized as a 2024 Notable Women in Law by Crain’s Chicago Business. Crain’s inaugural list honors a select number of women for their dedicated service to their clients, pro bono work, and community-driven efforts in the Chicago area.

Nicki represents a wide range of public and private sector clients. Her practice focuses on policy and governance issues, labor and employment matters, general public school compliance, as well as litigation. As noted by Crain’s, she served as counsel for the Chicago Park District in investigations involving Sexual Harassment, represented Chicago Public Schools during bargaining with the Chicago Teachers Union, and has represented the University of Chicago as primary legal advisor to its Charter School and Laboratory Schools. Franczek is also proud of Nicki’s commitment to pro bono cases, helping transgender students and people with disabilities navigate the legal system.

“This is a hard earned and well deserved recognition,” said Firm President and Founder James C. Franczek, Jr. “She is a leader in the legal community and in our Firm. We are most fortunate to have her as our colleague and friend.”

Please join us in congratulating Nicki on this achievement!
