Franczek Announces Hiring of Attorney Koga Ndikum-Moffor

Franczek P.C. is delighted to announce that Koga Ndikum-Moffor has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Koga’s practice includes representing and advising school districts, higher education clients, and public and private sector employers on a variety of education and employment law matters, including special education, student discipline, Title IX, Title IX investigation, Title VII, employee discipline, and employee benefits.

Koga has previously represented Chicago Public Schools as a Due Process Attorney, regularly counseling IEP teams and school administrators on special education matters and developing effective solutions to resolve Due Process cases. Immediately before joining Franczek, Koga also represented the African Development Bank, a multinational development institution, in employment law matters before international administrative tribunals. She has extensive experience working with and defending IEP teams in administrative hearings. Koga’s litigation experience also extends to employment law matters.
