Comments on Proposed Title IX Regulations Due January 28

The U.S. Department of Education formally published today the proposed regulations implementing Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. The proposed changes would dramatically alter the landscape for Title IX compliance for schools. Comments to the proposed rules must be received by January 28, 2019.
