Overview

Hailey’s practice includes representing and advising school districts, higher education institutions, and other private and public sector clients on a variety of education and employment law matters, with a focus on litigation in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Prior to joining Franczek, Hailey represented both public and private clients in matters ranging from municipal code violations to complex commercial disputes. She provides guidance to clients to assure compliance with new and developing state and federal laws and represents clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit negotiation to settlement or trial. Hailey has also briefed and argued appeals in state and federal court.

Hailey is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and received her undergraduate degree from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. In her free time, Hailey enjoys cultivating indoor and outdoor gardens and spending time with her family and dog.
