Melissa Sobota will be speaking at the LERA 77th Annual Meeting in Seattle, Washington on June 12 – 15, 2025.

Her topic, “Practice what You Preach: When Organizations’ Values are Misaligned with Their Practices”, is a panel. The panel will review and discuss several real-life examples where social justice organizations have faced scrutiny due to value misalignments between their external mission and internal practices.

In her panel she will be joined by fellow Panelists: Jean-Marc Favreau, Union Side – Partner at Peer, Gan, Gisler and Favreau; and Discussant: Alan Symonette, Symonette ADR Services, Inc.
