Franczek attorney Hailey Golds will share her insights on custom and past practice in contract disputes at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Labor and Employment Conference on November 15, 2025 in Denver, Colorado.

Hailey will join the panel “The Role of Custom and Past Practice in Contract Disputes” alongside other labor and employment professionals to dive into custom and past practice as a yardstick for arbitrators resolving contract disputes. Unique to collective bargaining agreements, custom and past practice can be used to interpret ambiguous contract language or resolve disputes where a contract does not address an issue.
