Franczek partner Jennifer Smith will be presenting at the 2021 COSA Fall School Law Seminar in a session called “Title IX: Where Are We Now, Where Are We Going?”. Title IX is (still) in a state of flux. But ignorance is no excuse for violations. School lawyers must be prepared to guide their clients on Title IX sexual harassment, transgender, and athletics issues.
