Overview
Lindsay Hill concentrates her practice in education law with specific experience in litigation and labor and employment matters. Prior to joining Franczek, Lindsay served as a judicial law clerk for both the Chief Judge, the Honorable Sara L. Darrow, and the Honorable Joe B. McDade of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. She also previously served as an associate attorney at two Illinois-based education law firms, where she gained experience in litigation, labor and employment, and special education, as well as other school law matters.
Lindsay earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she graduated cum laude in 2022, and served on the editorial board of her school’s flagship law journal. Additionally, she served as the president of Women’s Law Society and as a teaching assistant for several constitutional law courses. While in law school, Lindsay gained experience as a judicial extern in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in the Second CHANCE Program, where she helped previously incarcerated individuals with common reentry issues, and in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois.
Lindsay earned her B.S. from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 2018.
