Franczek partner Ares Dalianis will present a keynote session on recent Property Tax Appeal Board (PTAB) decisions at the Illinois Property Assessment Institute’s (IPAI) Legal Symposium on Property Assessment. He will co-present with PTAB Administrative Law Judge Jennifer Vesely and Ellen Berkshire of Verros Berkshire P.C. on September 30th at the Northern Illinois University campus in Naperville.

The session, “Methods and Myths: A Practical Review of Recent PTAB Decisions,” will cover recent decisions issued by PTAB and provide insights on how the board is currently evaluating evidence. Ares, Jennifer, and Ellen will also address strategies and common misconceptions when arguing before the Board.
