Franczek partner, Jason Patterson will speak at the 2026 National Academy of Arbitrators Conference, taking place May 20 – 23, in Chicago, Illinois.

The conference includes three days of learning and professional development for advocates and arbitrators. It features keynote sessions and smaller breakout discussions, all focused on practical, up-to-date insights and strategies to address current economic, legal, and technology-related challenges.

Jason will join a panel titled “Recent Legal Developments” on Friday, May 22^nd. This panel will examine the significant shifts in the labor-management landscape over the past year, including executive orders, Supreme Court decisions, and recent activity and developments at the National Labor Relations Board. The panel will also explore the impact of these changes on parties, arbitrators, and practitioners, and consider which developments are likely to endure.
