Overview

Reva Ghadge’s practice focuses on labor and employment law. Prior to joining Franczek, Reva practiced within U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Office of Chief Counsel where she was responsible for counseling clients on various labor and employment matters and defending the Agency against employment litigation claims.

Reva is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law where she participated in moot court, trial team, and received the Rickert Award for Excellence in Advocacy. She was also an articles editor on the University of Illinois Law Review, and a teaching assistant for multiple legal writing classes. Prior to law school, she worked as a secondary math teacher in South Carolina, where she taught Algebra 2 and Pre-Calculus.

In her free time, Reva enjoys reading, attending musical theater shows, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
