Overview

Reva Ghadge’s practice includes representing and advising both private and public sector clients on a number of matters including in labor, employment, and education law. Reva has significant experience in matters relating to the employee hiring, discipline, removal, leave requests, internal investigations, requests for reasonable accommodation, grievance arbitrations, and discrimination and harassment claims.

Reva has experience representing clients in litigation matters and administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies including the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board.

Prior to joining Franczek, Reva practiced within the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Office of Chief Counsel’s Ethics, Labor, and Employment group where she was responsible for counseling clients on various labor and employment matters and defending the Agency against employment litigation claims. Reva is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law where she was a member of the moot court team, trial team, and received the Rickert Award for Excellence in Advocacy. She was also an Articles Editor on the University of Illinois Law Review, and a teaching assistant for multiple legal writing classes. Prior to law school, she worked as a secondary math teacher in South Carolina, where she taught Algebra 2 and Pre-Calculus.
