Shelli Anderson, Nicki Bazer, and Jennifer Dunn will present the Professional Development Leadership Training (PDLT) at the Illinois Association of School Boards (IASB) New Board Workshop. This presentation prepares board members for their role in implementing the “optional alternative evaluation dismissal process.” This course satisfies the requirements for mandatory board member training, including education and labor law, financial oversight and accountability, and fiduciary responsibilities.
