Our special education practice group developed a guide to help schools and cooperatives create robust Individualized Remote Learning Plans (IRLPs), including practical considerations for each section of the IEP that may need to be modified. The Guide provides steps to incorporate IRLPs into students’ IEPs, aiding both procedural and substantive IDEA compliance. The Guide also includes sample language to effectively explain the remote learning plan to parents.
