Supreme Court to Hear Tax Objection Complaint Intervention Arguments

The Supreme Court will hear oral argument in Madison Two Associates et al v. Maria Pappas (Nos. 104321, 104322, and 104333, cons.) on Thursday, November 15, 2007 in Springfield. Arguments will be heard at the Supreme Court Building, 200 East Capitol Avenue, Springfield located at the corner of Capitol Avenue and South 2nd Street on the east side of the Capitol grounds. Argument is scheduled to begin at 9 am.
