Franczek Radelet P.C. (the "Firm”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform users
about our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, security, and
disclosure of personally identifiable information received from users of our
Web site found at www.franczek.com and other any other sites maintained by our
Firm (our "Web site”). Please keep in mind that your use of our Web site means
that you accept and agree to our Privacy Policy. Please do not use our Web site
if you do not accept our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may be updated
from time to time by the Firm by posting an updated version of the Privacy
Policy to our Web site.

How we use your information
The Firm uses information you provide to better understand your needs and
provide you with better service.  We may collect information from you relating
your attendance at a Firm event, use of online resources such as podcasts and
Webinars, and subscriptions to publications. With the exception of vendors
providing hosting, database management and development services related to the
operation of these Web sites, we will not disclose, sell or rent any of your
identifiable personal information to any third party unless approved by you or
required by law.

Cookies
We may use "cookies" to track user preferences. A cookie is a small data file
that certain Web sites write to your hard drive when you visit them. If you

Our commitment to data security

use of information, the Firm uses commercially appropriate technology and
procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Unfortunately, no information transmitted via the Internet is completely
secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot
guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Web site.  Any
transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we
will use commercially reasonable security measures to try to prevent
unauthorized access.  Again, however, no security measure is absolute.  Our
Firm is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from disclosure of
information that you choose to provide through our Web site.

Our commitment to children's privacy
We do not seek to collect or maintain information on our Web site from those we
know are under age 18, and no part of our Web site is structured to attract
anyone under age 18.
