Franczek Radelet attorneys are actively involved in providing ongoing guidance concerning the obligations and regulatory requirements of PPACA, and have assisted various private and public clients with issues concerning adult dependent coverage, the Early Retiree Reimbursement Program, preventive health services, annual and lifetime limit restrictions, grandfathered health plan rules, and planning for pay-or-play mandates and Cadillac plan excise taxes. We have worked with plan sponsors and management to craft solutions in collective bargaining agreement negotiations with respect to PPACA as well.
