Construction Industry Matters

We have a deep understanding of contractors' businesses and are exclusively focused on representing the interests of contractors and contractor associations in collective bargaining, union relations, and fringe benefit mattters.  We serve as contractor counsel with regard to pension, health and welfare, apprenticeship and all other fringe benefit funds.  Our attorneys have vast experience in the various federal, state and local employment statutes and regulations governing the construction industry, and regularly counsel employers in navigating the myriad of duties and responsibilities imposed by those laws.  We are deeply familiar with the issues of critical importance to contractors and are well-known to all of the major stake holders in the building trades.

From counseling clients on Prevailing Wage Act compliance, drafting project labor agreements to litigating disputes regarding the validity of pre-hire agreements and other disputes under ยง 8(f) of the NLRA, the firm counsels and defends private and public sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law related to construction matters.  We also have extensive experience litigating employment disputes and defending construction firms in related administrative charges.
