Kriha, and Jacqueline Wernz make three presentations on 1) current students’ rights issues, i.e. student speech, school searches, and internet misconduct; 2) recent changes in special education law; and 3) the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

The Education Law Association invites school district administrators, teachers, as well as attorneys to attend this year’s conference, which will feature Charles P. Rose, General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Education, as one of the keynote speakers. ELA is offering a special 50% discount off the registration fee to friends and clients of Franczek Radelet.
