IPELRA, a non-profit, professional association, was established in 1978.  It was formed to provide the highest standard of excellence in assisting and representing all public sector employers in the area of labor and employee relations.  IPELRA is comprised of public sector management representatives responsible for carrying out the labor relations program within their respective jurisdictions.
