Successful completion of this seminar entitles teachers to 2 hours of CPDU credit.

The attorneys on the Special Education Practice Team include: John A. Relias, Patricia J. Whitten, Darcy L. Kriha, Dana Fattore Crumley, Jennifer A. Smith, Amy K. Dickerson, Colleen F. O’Keefe and Jackie G. Wernz.

The registration fee for the event is $30.00 per person (or $100.00 for up to 5 people).  Payment may be made in advance of the session or when you check in the day of your session; make checks payable to "Franczek Radelet".  Advance payments may be mailed to Franczek Radelet, Attn: Beverly Ross - 504 Sessions, 300 S. Wacker Drive, Suite 3400, Chicago, IL  60606.

Each participant will receive a comprehensive set of forms to administer 504 programs.
