Changes in Special Education Law and their Effects on Labor Relations

Darcy L. Kriha was a speaker at the 24th Annual Illinois Public Sector Labor Relations Law Conference held at the Chicago-Kent College of Law.  The conference was co-sponsored by the Illinois Labor Relations Board and the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board. 

The workshop at which Ms. Kriha spoke was on the topic "Changes in Special Education Law and their Effects on Labor Relations"; she was joined by Mark Sharrard of the Illinois Education Association. The conference is designed for lawyers whose practice involves labor law, local government law or school law; for state and local government and public education officials, administrators and labor relations officers; union officials, business agents and uniserv directors; and for arbitrators and mediators.
