E-Discovery in Employment Law

Abizer Zanzi presents on e-discovery 16th Annual Employment and Labor Law Institute hosted by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education.  This presentation is  an overview of the unique challenges presented by e-discovery in employment law cases.  Abizer discusses the ethical issues that arise from e-discovery compliance, including those related to an attorney's duties of competence, confidentiality, and candor, and the relationships between attorneys and non-attorney staff or third-party e-discovery organizations.
