The National Labor Relations Board's notice posting rule is now scheduled to take effect on April 30, 2012, extended again by the NLRB on December 23. The rule requires employers covered by the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) to post a notice informing employees of their rights under the NLRA, including rights related to union organizing.
