Public Pension Reform: What are the Options?

David A. Johnson serves as a panelist in the "Public Pension Reform: What are the Options?" panel at the International Municipal Lawyers Association (IMLA) 76th Annual Conference. 

As a panelist, David with assistance from Douglas A. Hass, prepared a paper for the IMLA Conference, "The White Elephant in the Room - Public Pensions and Municipal Finance Primer:  Scenes from a Nightmare: How States and Municipalities are Dealing with the Crisis in Public Pensions".
