Warner co-presents at the National Association of Colleges and University Attorneys (NACUA) virtual seminar titled "Distressed and Dangerous Students: Institutional Policies and Procedures."  Scott addresses policies that most institutions currently have - or should have - to effectively deal with distressed or dangerous students and examines Department of Education regulatory requirements applicable to such policies and relevant OCR guidance and letter rulings.
