21st Century Contracts: What can districts and teaching staffs expect of each other?

Partners Sally J. Scott and James J. Zuehl join Mary McDonald, Core Service Director for Union Reform of Consortium for Educational Change, and Ed Rafferty, Superintendent of Schaumburg Community Consolidated District No. 54, as panelists at the Fall Dinner Meeting of the DuPage Division of the Illinois Association of School Boards (IASB).  The panel session, "21st Century Contracts: What can districts and teaching staffs expect of each other?" addresses issues from the legal, union and management perspectives on how to respond to the challenges of Race to the Top, performance pay, accountability and enhanced evaluation processes.
