To start the new year, the law firm of Franczek Radelet welcomed Maryanne C. Adams as its first Director of Client Service and Development. Franczek Radelet distinguishes itself from larger law firms in Chicago by keeping its practice focused on labor and employment and education law, and by delivering a unique blend of extraordinary client service and value to its clients.
“Our partnership made the conscious decision to add someone who is specifically dedicated to our client service and development initiatives—it is the right next step for us,” commented founding partner James C. Franczek. “As a young firm, we have several initiatives in place and more developing every day. We brought Maryanne on board to help us strategize and assist with the execution of a plan that adds value to our client relationships and our practice.”
Ms. Adams began her 10-year legal marketing career at McDermott Will & Emery LLP where she served as the firm’s media and communications manager. She also worked as regional marketing manager at Jackson Lewis LLP. She has an array of legal marketing experience in the areas of public relations, communications and branding, marketing technology, and business development planning, among others.
Franczek Radelet P.C. was established in 1994 when 12 attorneys came together to form the Chicago boutique law firm. The firm, now nearly 50 attorneys, focuses exclusively on representing management in all aspects of labor and employment law and employee benefits matters in both the private and public sectors. The firm also represents educational institutions in all aspects of education law.
