Attorneys Faulkner and Crowley Co-Author IICLE Chapter on Illinois School Law

Firm partners Todd Faulkner and Brian Crowley contributed to the 2010 edition of Illinois School Law: Organization, Finance & Property published by the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education (IICLE).  Faulkner and Crowley authored, along with two other attorneys, "Chapter 2: School Board Practices, Procedures and Elections."  The chapter addresses, among other topics, governing bodies of school districts, school board meetings, publication of school district notices, the amended Freedom of Information Act, school district records, control and use of school property, charter schools and election matters.
