In this presentation, Mr. Radelet will review various legislative initiatives relating to the workplace that were pending when President Obama took office, provide a status update, and explore how the workplace agenda has evolved over the past year due to intervening circumstances and a changing political dynamic.

His practice within the labor and employment field is broad-based, and includes many years of experience working with businesses to develop the labor and employment elements of core business strategies; representing employers in union-related issues and employment litigation before various courts and agencies; and general employment counseling.
