Attorneys Dalianis & Metcalf Co-Author "Identifying and Mitigating Sources of School Revenue Erosion"

Firm partner Ares G. Dalianis and associate Scott R. Metcalf co-authored an article with Michael Prombo (director of operations for Carpentersville, IL CUSD No. 300) which appears in the September 2009 issue of School Business Affairs.  The September 2009 issue focuses on finance, accounting, and budgeting.  The article (linked below) addresses areas which should be monitored by school business officials, including tax increment financing (TIF) districts, property tax litigation, property tax abatements, impact/transition fees, and current economic conditions.
