Labor and Employment Partner Scott Cruz recently authored an article entitled “Will you be my LinkedIn friend?  Do LinkedIn activates violate non-solicitation provisions?”  The article provides guidance and insight regarding the interplay between non-solicitation agreements and former employees’ use of LinkedIn to apprise former clients of their new jobs and/or to contact former clients and/or colleagues  following their separation from their former employer.
