Eric White Joins Franczek Radelet as an AssociateJune 12, 2015
Franczek Radelet is pleased to welcome Eric White as an associate in its K-12 and Higher Education Practice Groups. Eric counsels K-12 schools and higher education institutions on general school law matters. He also has experience in complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, and government investigations. Previously, Eric was a PILI Fellow in the Educational Equity Project of the Chicago Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, Inc., as well as an extern at the Office for Civil Rights for the U.S. Department of Education. Prior to joining the firm, Eric was a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis.
While in law school, Eric served as associate editor for the Northwestern University Law Review and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Matthew F. Kennelly of the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to attending law school, Eric taught at John Taylor Williams Middle School in Charlotte, North Carolina as a Teach For America corps member. Eric is the co-chair of the Teach For America Chicago Auxiliary Board. He is also a member of the Chicago Committee Associate Board.
Eric earned his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law and his B.A. in political science, cum laude, from the University of Florida.
