Sally Scott was referenced in an article published by The Financial Times regarding a discrimination and retaliation lawsuit involving an employee suffering from posttraumatic stress disorder who complained about working with a supervisor who admitted to watching pornography in the office. She alleges she is being discriminated and retaliated as a result of her complaints. The employer argues that the employee was required to seek counseling with the agency’s Equal Employment Opportunity Office within 45 days of each alleged act of discrimination and retaliation. Sally commented that as long as the employee sought counseling within 45 days for certain acts, other conduct that she did not report within 45 days can still be included in the lawsuit
