Firm Welcomes Two New Employee Benefits AssociatesMarch 24, 2014
The law firm of Franczek Radelet is pleased to announce that Hrishikesh “Hrishi” Shah and Trevor Holmes have joined the firm as associates in the Employee Benefits Practice Group.
Hrishi, who joined the firm in 2013, counsels clients on qualified and non-qualified pension and health plans, including compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, and other federal laws, plan mergers, tax qualification, fiduciary duties, executive compensation issues, and pre-litigation matters. He has experience with multi-employer, single-employer, governmental, and deferred compensation plans. Prior to joining the Firm, Hrishi was an associate at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren in Milwaukee. Hrishi earned his J.D., magna cum laude, at the University of Minnesota Law School and his B.A. in political science from Pennsylvania State University.
Trevor, who joined the firm in January 2014, advises clients on a variety of employee benefit matters including tax-qualified retirement plan design and documentation, IRS correction programs, health and welfare arrangements, executive compensation, and fiduciary compliance under ERISA. Prior to joining the firm, Trevor was an associate at Jenner & Block LLP. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law (Order of the Coif); his M.Sc. from the London School of Economics; and his B.A., cum laude, from Ohio Wesleyan University.
