The law firm of Franczek Radelet is pleased to announce that Daniel R. Salemi has been named partner. Dan represents clients in all areas of employee benefits. He counsels employers and plan sponsors on the design, administration and funding of retirement, health, fringe benefit and deferred and stock-based compensation arrangements. He advises clients on issues related to the management and investment of benefit plan assets, and has broad experience with the benefits and compensation issues that arise in litigation, collective bargaining, and mergers and acquisitions. Dan also has significant experience drafting and negotiating executive employment agreements.
Dan started his career at Franczek Radelet in August 2006. He then practiced in the employee benefits and executive compensation department at a large general practice law firm for just over two years before rejoining the firm in June 2010. Dan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2006 and his B.A. in economics, summa cum laude, University of Dayton in 2003.
