Jennifer Dunn Named One of the Top 40 Lawyers Under the Age of 40 to Watch in IllinoisOctober 7, 2013
Franczek Radelet is proud to announce that our partner, Jennifer Dunn, has been named to the Law Bulletin Publishing Company’s 40 Illinois Attorneys Under 40 to Watch in 2013. Jennifer was selected for this honor out of more than 1,350 attorney nominations from around the State. The recognition honors 40 Illinois attorneys younger than 40 who exemplify “intelligence, passion, success in the office, a desire to help the community and, most importantly, a willingness to work hard at one of the country’s most important professions,” according to the publisher of the Chicago Lawyer and Law Bulletin.
Jennifer represents private and public sector management clients in all areas of labor and employment law. She has extensive experience advising clients in traditional labor matters, including representation and unfair labor practice proceedings, grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations, and mediation. Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer was an administrative law judge with the Illinois Labor Relations Board. In that capacity, she investigated and presided over unfair labor practice and representation proceedings, issued recommended decisions and orders and advised the Board on pending court litigation.
As Franczek Radelet partner James C. Franczek, Jr. notes, Jennifer “is not afraid to tackle cutting-edge labor issues of first impression.” Franczek added that Dunn “possesses a keen sense of collaboration and a deep appreciation for the art of negotiations and labor-management relationships.” Jennifer was described by other nominators as, “a lawyers’ lawyer,” and “an extremely hard-working attorney.”
