Bill Pokorny was quoted in What’s Working in Human Resources on whether a phone call to a doctor could potentially constitute as treatment under the FMLA.  A post from the FMLA Insights blog is featured in the question-answer section.  Bill states that according to the regulations, a phone call would not constitute as treatment because an in-person visit to a physician is required.
