Scott is one of only 12 women attorneys recognized by Law Bulletin Publishing Company in a special supplement, Chicago Women in Law: Women Making An Impact. The feature highlights the achievements and accomplishments of the women attorneys who are making a significant impact on the Illinois legal community.
The criteria for this significant recognition was exhaustive and demanding and included detailed nominations from clients, peers and the firm, all attesting to Sally’s skills and accomplishments. This feature is new to the annual Chicago Women in the Law supplement that Law Bulletin has now published for eight years.
Sally concentrates exclusively on representing management in the private and public sectors in all aspects of labor and employment law. She counsels clients and litigates matters relating to discrimination and civil rights claims, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of contract and the enforcement of non-compete agreements. Her labor experience includes collective bargaining, arbitrations, union organizing campaigns and defending unfair labor practice claims. Sally has served as lead negotiator on collective bargaining agreements for a wide range of industries from the education sector to the construction industry to public bodies generally.
